Changes in Directory Structure from 2.4

In 2.4 everything was grouped in arch/sh/kernel.

This was undesirable for the long term and eventually lead to:

Needless clutter
Increased maintenance overhead.
Confusion for new developers and users.

Poor code re-use and modularity
Abundance of copied generic code.
