Changes in Directory Structure from 2.4

In 2.6 the directory structure was completely changed and broken out in a more logical fashion.

Processor families
Headers in include/asm-sh/cpu-sh[234]
mm bits in arch/sh/mm
CPU-specific drivers and interfaces in arch/sh/kernel/cpu and arch/sh/kernel/cpu/sh[234]

Board support
Board support code in arch/sh/boards or arch/sh/boards/<vendor> for logical grouping
