New Features and APIs (uClinux support)

uClinux support has been integrated into 2.6, so now it is possible to support SH-2/SH2-A, as well as any other sh CPU without an MMU.

CONFIG_MMU is implemented as a bool (selectable).
Possible to run on SH-3/SH-4 with MMU disabled.
Initial uClinux port to SH7750.
SH-2 support in development.
SH7044 code available in private tree.
SH2-A support planned.
