New Features and APIs (Store Queue API)

Supported with or without MMU.
Can be used in parallel with DMA for increased performance.
Userspace mmap() access through /dev/cpu/sq.
Need to msync() to prefetch (flush) the store queue cache.
VMA sync operation added back in.
